Singing mantras together in the intimate Svaha Yoga studio in the heart of Amsterdam.

The mantras are accompanied by Dharmananda aka Dhanyo Scholten

This kirtan is easily accessible; you don't need experience for this. Participation is basically active in the sense that you sing along, but you can also listen and absorb the sound deep inside you.

It is advisable to wear fine loose-fitting clothing in which you can sit comfortably.

You are also welcome to not sit still but move and dance! ;D
